About The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience from the moment a customer enters the showroom through to vehicle handover and beyond.

You'll take ownership of the entire sales journey, building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and helping them find the perfect vehicle and finance solution.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles and products
- Explaining finance and additional product options clearly and professionally
- Prospecting and following up on customer enquiries
- Managing your own sales pipeline and customer database
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Building lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience as an Automotive Sales Executive
- A proven track record of delivering sales results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- A positive, self-motivated and professional approach
- Flexibility to work Saturdays as part of the rota
- A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)

To protect our customers and our reputation, you will be required to complete a DBS check, along with regular fit and proper person assessments. We will also request references from previous employers as part of our pre-employment checks.
