Sales Executive

Do you thrive on competition, set yourself high standards and enjoy being part of a winning team? Aura Connections is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our Glasgow team.
You'll work on live campaigns for nationally recognised brands and gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition, brand representation, sales and campaign performance. Along the way, you'll build a strong understanding of what drives commercial growth.

What you'll be doing
- Representing nationally recognised brands on customer-facing campaigns
- Building relationships and understanding what customers need
- Communicating products, services and brand messages clearly and confidently
- Developing your sales, negotiation and customer engagement skills
- Driving customer acquisition and supporting client growth
- Tracking your results and learning what makes a campaign perform
- Sharing customer insights to help improve campaigns
Who we're looking for
Many of our strongest performers come from a sporting or competitive background. They bring the discipline, drive and team mentality that sport builds. A sporting background isn't essential, though. What matters most is the mindset. You'll suit this role if you are:

Development and progression
You'll start with hands-on training, then receive ongoing one-to-one coaching in sales and business development. As your performance grows, you can progress into campaign management, business development and leadership roles.
