Where You At (WYA) is a small dynamic company involved in festivals and night life industry now seeking a sales person able to help drive the business forward.

We offer a range of services from friend finding to location and messaging when wifi and cellular services fail. Where You At has its own offline connectivity with a patented mesh network, purpose-built for dense, high-demand environments where traditional networks fail.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role combines client relationship management, sales negotiation, and revenue generation with hands-on problem solving to drive business growth. You will guide clients through the sales process and ensure their experience with WYA is seamless and positive. This is a dynamic and practical role requiring adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. You will:

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and manage the CRM, HubSpot.
  • Collaborate closely with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships.
  • Contribute ideas to sales strategy and marketing initiatives.

About You

  • Experienced in managing enterprise sales cycles.
  • Proactive approach to selling.
  • Confident about adapting and presenting sales decks to audience.
  • Understand the importance of stakeholder management.

You will be a driven and ambitious sales professional with demonstrable experience of building strong client relationships and closing deals. Communication and negotiation come naturally to you, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where your organisational skills make a real impact. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, you will be confident and have experience of navigating CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, and have a genuine enthusiasm for events, technology, and digital engagement. You will be ready to take ownership and help drive growth while delivering an exceptional client experience.
