Yahire

Yahire is one of London’s leading furniture hire companies, trusted by the capital’s top venues and event organisers to help bring unforgettable events to life.

Since launching in 2011, we have grown rapidly and proudly supplied furniture to more than 100,000 events across London. Our success is built on exceptional service, high-quality products and a talented, innovative, intuitive and ambitious team.

As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for outstanding candidates to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a successful, fast-paced company where your ideas, energy and contribution will make a real impact and there is lots of room for career progression.

We have offices at our main warehouse in Hornsey, N8 and at the Business Design Centre in N1. You will likely spend some of your week at both locations.

The Role

To convert inbound opportunities efficiently and effectively while identifying customers with meaningful lifetime potential and developing a limited portfolio of client accounts.

New Business Conversion & Customer Qualification

  • Deal with customer enquires via phone and email.
  • Understand the customer’s immediate requirement and gather information about organisation, fit, likely repeat need and potential value.
  • Apply the correct follow-up approach, maintain momentum and close or stop opportunities decisively.
  • Feed recurring customer needs, objections, competitor information and service feedback into the wider business.
  • Hit monthly sales targets.
  • Create a professional customer experience that supports conversion, repeat business, referrals and positive customer feedback.
  • Prioritise assigned opportunities within agreed response and service standards.
  • Use approved sales plays, follow-up sequences and objection-handling approaches.
  • Arrange calls, video meetings and occasional site visits appropriate to the opportunity.
  • Identify and pass on customers that may merit further account development or senior attention.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
