About the Role

Hiredbuddy is a fast-growing company that connects businesses with top talent. We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Executive to join our distributed sales team. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals who are eager to launch their sales career with a supportive and results-oriented organization. As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations with the sales leadership team.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline in our CRM (Salesforce) to track all interactions and follow-ups.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Hiredbuddy's services and be able to articulate the value proposition to prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to product and management teams based on client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (internships count)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with remote collaboration tools and CRM software
  • Self-disciplined and able to manage time effectively
