Role Description
The Sales Executive role at Newett Homes is a full-time, on-site position. In this role, the Sales Executive will guide prospective buyers through the home purchasing journey, from initial inquiry and viewings through to reservation and completion.
Responsibilities
- Presenting properties and developments
- Providing accurate product and pricing information
- Managing leads and follow-ups
- Maintaining detailed records in sales systems
- Coordinating with colleagues in construction, marketing, and customer service to ensure a smooth, professional experience for every buyer
- Supporting and contributing to continuous improvement in the customer journey

Qualifications

- Proven experience in residential property or new homes sales, or a similar customer-facing sales environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of customers.
- Solid negotiation, closing, and objection-handling abilities, with a focus on ethical, customer-centered selling.
- Competence in using CRM or sales management systems, along with basic proficiency in standard office software.
- Ability to work on-site, including weekends and peak sales periods, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of the local property market is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, contracts, and compliance with relevant housing and sales regulations.
- Full UK driving license is essential.
