Ready to take your retail or customer experience out on the road?
If you’re currently working in retail, hospitality, or customer service and looking for a career step with more freedom, higher earning potential, and true variety, this is your opportunity.
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Nestlé across your local territory, helping independent convenience stores stock and showcase some of the UK’s most loved brands.. including KitKat, Aero, Yorkie, and Smarties.
Never worked in field sales before? Don't worry. If you know how a shop floor works, love chatting to people, and bring plenty of energy, we’ll teach you the rest!
What Does a Field Sales Executive Actually Do?
Instead of being based in one store, you’ll manage your own territory, driving a company car to visit local retail partners every day. Your goal? To help store owners sell more chocolate and treats while making Nestlé products look irresistible on the shelf.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Build Great Relationships: Visit independent store owners, chat through their business needs, and become their trusted expert for Nestlé products.
- Drive Sales & Availability: Make sure stores never run out of bestsellers like KitKat and Aero, introduce new product lines, and pitch promotional deals.
- Create Eye-Catching Displays: Set up point-of-sale stands, organize promotional displays, and place stock where shoppers are most likely to buy it.
- Manage Stock: Collect and move stock from local Cash & Carry depots to supply retailers directly (this involves some light manual handling and stocking).
- Plan Your Own Day: Map out your visits efficiently across Sutton and surrounding areas to get the most out of your week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
