Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Reading
Salary: £20,000 basic + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £55,000 - £60,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 18:00 (with one fixed day off each week); Every Saturday, 09:00 - 17:00; 1 in 3 Sundays; 1 full weekend off every 6 weeks
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our successful sales team at Lexus Reading. This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of the world's most respected premium automotive brands while delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to vehicle handover.

What You'll Do:
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire vehicle purchasing journey
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable new and used Lexus vehicles
- Promote finance, insurance, and value-added products
- Achieve individual sales and profitability targets
- Maintain accurate customer records using dealership systems
- Ensure vehicles are presented to the highest standard for customer handover
- Represent the Lexus brand with professionalism and enthusiasm as a Sales Executive

What We're Looking For:
- Previous automotive sales experience is essential
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills
- A motivated, target-driven approach with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Full UK driving licence
