Wenham Carter is partnering with a leading global SaaS vendor, a Verdantix-rated Leader in the 2025 Green Quadrant for EHS Software, to hire an Enterprise Sales Executive.

The focus: selling new solutions to new stakeholders in existing enterprise accounts + winning net-new logos across the DACH region.

What you'll do

  • Run complex, multi-stakeholder deals with senior buyers
  • Build pipeline through your own prospecting, plus marketing and BDR leads
  • Work closely with Strategic Account Managers to expand and displace

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales, opening and closing complex deals
  • A genuine hunter: resilient and hungry to win
  • Structured sales approach, MEDDIC or MEDDPICC a plus
  • Fluent German and English
  • Comfortable with around 25% travel
