Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Sales Executive role based in Rickmansworth, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and developing long-term relationships with customers in target industries. The role also involves:

  • Collaborating closely with marketing and customer success teams to align sales activities
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
  • Meeting or exceeding individual and team revenue targets

The Sales Executive is expected to stay informed about resilience and SaaS trends to effectively position F24’s solutions and support customers in improving their resilience strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven 5 years + experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, technology, or resilience-related solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, pipeline management, and consultative selling, including the ability to understand customer needs and align them with F24’s offerings.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and build trust-based relationships.
  • Confident use of CRM systems and standard office software, with good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with colleagues in Rickmansworth and across international locations.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Understanding of resilience, risk management, or business continuity concepts is beneficial.
