Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in the London Area, United Kingdom.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with client organisations, and promoting Blueprint Union’s recruitment and staffing services. Daily activities include:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads
- Conducting client meetings and presentations
- Preparing proposals
- Negotiating terms to close sales
The role also involves:
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to understand client requirements
- Ensuring accurate service delivery
- Tracking sales performance against targets
The Sales Executive will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and industry sectors served by Blueprint Union to support effective client engagement and long-term partnerships.

- Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to engage and influence clients at multiple levels.
- Solid relationship-building, client service, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on long-term collaboration.
- Good organizational, time management, and pipeline management skills, including use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or professional services sales is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of key sectors such as administration, sales, logistics, hospitality, or IT is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in the London Area, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Relevant education or training in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
