This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role with options for hybrid and remote working. The Sales Executive will lead and grow sales activities across Corrous’ industrial service divisions, focusing on developing new business and deepening relationships with existing clients in high-risk, high-compliance sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Identifying and qualifying opportunities
- Preparing and delivering customer proposals and tenders
- Collaborating with operations and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements and industry standards
The role involves managing a sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and tracking performance against targets while ensuring that safety, quality, and programme certainty remain central to all commercial activities. The Sales Executive will represent Corrous at client meetings, industry events, and site visits, maintaining a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for integrated service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management within industrial services, engineering, construction, or related sectors.
- Strong skills in business development, opportunity identification, and pipeline management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships, including experience working with asset owners, duty holders, and Tier 1 contractors.
- Competence in preparing proposals, bids, and commercial presentations, with solid negotiation and contract discussion skills.
- Working knowledge of industrial environments, safety and compliance requirements, and asset integrity or corrosion management is highly beneficial.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical, operations, and project delivery teams.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, including experience using CRM systems and basic IT applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Relevant qualifications in business, engineering, or a related field are advantageous; equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
