Sales Executive | SaaS | London - one day a week in the office

Up to £40,000 base + bonus and commissions
(realistic OTE - £60,000)

If you're an SDR, BDR or an early stage Sales Executive already... who's ready to start closing your own deals, this one is worth considering.

Our client is a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company with an established product, a strong customer base and a sales team that's aggressively expanding. It's a business that invests in its people and offers real progression for high achievers.... with fantastic employee retention.

You'll report to the Head of Sales and own new business from first call to signed contract. That means outbound prospecting, mainly by phone, qualifying opportunities, booking and leading product demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating deals through to close. Demos are where this team wins and they convert well, so getting in front of the right prospects is the biggest part of the job. It's a high-activity role with plenty of calls every day, and you'll keep the CRM up to date as you go.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
