Sales Executive

Our client, an expanding company operating in the premium alternative asset space, is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Executive to join their sales team and play a key role in continued growth.

This is an opportunity to step into a business development role with genuine warm-lead advantage. You'll have access to an existing database of over 5,000 customers alongside the scope to build and own your personal book of clients from the ground up. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients navigating ownership of a high-value physical asset, whether they're purchasing for personal enjoyment or as a speculative investment, guiding them with clarity, honesty, and a genuinely consultative approach.

You'll manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and initial outreach through to pitching and closing.

This role suits someone who thrives on autonomy and is motivated by uncapped earning potential, but who also values doing right by the client. Our client's mission is to bring transparency and trust to their market, and their sales approach reflects that.

No prior asset management industry experience is required — full training will be provided — but a strong foundation in high-value sales, relationship management, or client-facing business development is essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
