Help Care Providers Overcome Their Biggest Challenges
At Delphi Care Solutions, we work with care providers across the UK to improve quality, achieve compliance, overcome operational challenges and deliver better outcomes for the people they support.
This is not a high-volume, hard-sales environment. Our clients come to us because they need help. Whether they're preparing for a CQC inspection, improving service quality, navigating compliance challenges or turning around an underperforming service, we provide practical support that makes a real difference.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and having meaningful conversations with people. If you're motivated, commercially minded and want to be part of a growing business with a strong reputation in the sector, we'd love to hear from you.
About The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging with care providers that may benefit from Delphi's specialist services.
You'll be speaking with owners, directors, registered managers and senior leaders across the care sector, taking the time to understand their challenges and introducing solutions that can genuinely help.
This is a consultative sales role where trust, credibility and relationship-building are far more important than a scripted sales pitch.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
