Sales Executive
Location: Staines / Hybrid – Site Visits Required
Salary: £42,355-£44,500 (dependent on experience)
Contract type: Permanent – Full Time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with Saturday working required on a rota basis)
DBS Level – Basic

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team, managing customer enquiries across a varied portfolio including new-build and second-hand shared ownership, staircasing and buy backs
You’ll take ownership of the customer journey from initial enquiry, proactively managing leads and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline. With a strong focus on conversion, customer satisfaction and compliance, you’ll help customers navigate the home-buying process while ensuring we achieve our sales and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries across our range of sales products
- Proactively manage and follow up leads, maximising opportunities to convert enquiries into successful transactions
- Take ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring prospects are actively progressed with clear next steps and regular communication
- Deliver against individual sales targets and KPIs including conversion rates, response times, pipeline progression and customer satisfaction
- Maintain high levels of inbound and outbound customer activity to drive sales performance
- Use CRM systems effectively to manage workload, prioritise activity and maintain accurate customer and transaction records
- Deliver a professional, responsive and customer-focused experience throughout the sales journey
- Clearly explain sales processes, eligibility criteria, valuations and timescales, helping customers understand what happens at each stage
- Conduct property viewings, open days and virtual appointments where required
- Work closely with Sales Progressors and other colleagues to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently
- Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain momentum
- Manage nomination and allocation processes in line with Local Authority and Section 106 requirements
- Ensure sales activity and documentation comply with internal policies, audit standards and regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering, Data Protection and the New Homes Quality Code

More About You
- A strong understanding of shared ownership, resales and/or staircasing
- Knowledge of Homes England requirements, Shared Ownership processes and relevant Right to Buy/Right to Acquire legislation
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and KPI targets within the property industry, including experience within Shared Ownership
- Experience working within a customer-focused environment with a demonstrable impact on customer satisfaction
- Experience using CRM systems to manage customer communication, pipelines and record keeping
- The ability to build effective relationships and rapport with a wide range of customers and stakeholders
- A results-focused mindset and the ability to perform effectively within a target-driven environment
