Sales Executive

Location: Salford - Hybrid, 3 Days from home and 2 days in the Salford Office.
Salary: £24,479 Per Annum (Plus £3,500 OTE)
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: Permanent

Do you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment where every call could make a difference? As a Sales Executive, you’ll help keep Red Cross Training at the forefront of first aid education. You’ll connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right training solutions. Want to be part of a team that’s driven by compassion and purpose? What will a day in the life of a Sales Executive involve?

  • Speaking with customers via inbound and outbound calls to promote first aid training.
  • Building relationships and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
  • Responding to enquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Keeping accurate records in CRM and booking systems.

To be a successful Sales Executive, what will you need?

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in closing sales and handling objections.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
