π About Fanbase
Fanbase is a fast-growing sports tech startup helping ambitious teams, Leagues, Events & Federations grow revenue, fan engagement, and digitise operations. Our all-in-one platform powers ticketing, memberships, apps, insights, and more - with a focus on helping mid-tier and forward-thinking clubs modernise how they connect with fans.
We've grown rapidly to Β£1m ARR in just 2.5 years, doubling revenue year-on-year, and our product is now a market leader. Now we're scaling our Growth team to build the outbound engine that will power our next stage of growth.
π― About the Role
We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to build relationships with mid-tier sports organisations and turn them into long-term Fanbase partners.
This is a role for someone who can do both halves of the job: generate their own pipeline through smart, personalised outbound, and build the kind of genuine relationships that win deals. You'll research and identify the right organisations, open doors with senior decision-makers, and guide prospects through the sales process - closing deals with the support of a Fanbase Account Executive in the short term, and taking on full closing responsibility as you grow into the role.
Your mission: build a consistent, high-quality pipeline of the right sports organisations, and become the trusted partner who gets them excited about what Fanbase can do for them.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
