Sales Executive

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 basic + Uncapped Commission

Location: Manchester City Centre | Office Based

Contract: Permanent


About the Role

We're working with a fast-growing business in Manchester that is expanding its sales team and looking for Sales Executives to join at an exciting stage of its growth. If you're confident, commercially minded and motivated by targets and earning potential, this could be a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of a business with plenty of room to grow.

  • Speak with prospective customers and manage new sales opportunities
  • Follow up leads and maximise conversion opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers
  • Understand customer needs and identify suitable solutions
  • Manage opportunities through the sales process
  • Make outbound calls and follow up enquiries
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets
  • Deliver a great customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Work closely with the wider team to support the company's growth

About You

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, customer service or another target-driven environment
  • Confident speaking to people over the phone and building rapport
  • Ambitious and motivated by achieving results
  • Commercially minded with a genuine interest in sales
  • Resilient and comfortable working towards targets
  • Organised and able to manage multiple opportunities
  • Positive, proactive and keen to learn
  • Looking for an opportunity where you can progress rather than simply move into another sales role
