Role Description
The Sales Executive role is a self-employed, on-site position based in Coventry. This role involves meeting customers in the showroom or designated locations, understanding their storage needs, and presenting tailored fitted furniture solutions. The Sales Executive will conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotes, and guide customers through the design and purchase process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Daily responsibilities include:
- Following up on leads
- Maintaining accurate sales records
- Collaborating with design and installation teams
- Working to achieve individual and team sales targets

The role also includes staying up to date on product ranges, promotions, and industry trends to offer informed advice and build lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with experience in consultative or retail sales environments.
- Ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build rapport with a wide range of customers.
- Basic numerical and IT skills to prepare quotes, manage records, and use CRM or sales systems.
- Interest in interiors, furniture, or home improvement, with an eye for design and detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to meet targets and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in furniture, home design, or similar sectors is beneficial but not essential.
- Willingness to work on-site in Coventry, including weekends or evenings as required.
- Full UK driving licence is an advantage for visiting customers or other company locations.
