What you'll be doing
You'll be getting businesses to share their energy bill so you can identify potential savings and pitch accordingly. You'll be making a high volume of calls every day, working your way past gatekeepers and building real rapport rather than just reading from a script, the best people in this business succeed by building relationships, not by pushing straight into a pitch. Over time you'll likely specialise in a particular sector, whether that's manufacturing, hospitality or something else, and you'll work closely with a closer who takes your deals through to sign off.
What we're looking for
- Sales experience or a genuinely strong sales mentality, no industry background required
- Resilient, thick skinned, and comfortable with a high volume, high energy environment
- Confident on the phone and able to build rapport with strangers quickly
- Driven by earning potential and willing to put the work in to get there
- Comfortable working office based, Monday to Friday

- Commission is earnable from day one, and realistic first year earnings sit between £60,000 and £80,000, with top performers earning significantly more.
