We are currently looking for a Sales Executive.
Title: Sales Executive
Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per annum + OTC £80,000 plus (uncapped)
Location: London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday working 37.5 hours per week
This is a National Field Based role.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling the Company’s HiHi phone system to new and existing clients.
It focuses on identifying customer needs, demonstrating the value of the HiHi solution, and delivering a high-quality sales experience, whilst consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The role is primarily field-based and includes a company car and fuel card. We offer a comprehensive 2-week training period to get you off to the best start.
- Monday-Thursday: Travelling to appointments and selling on the road
- Friday's: Usually for team meetings, coaching and 1:1's
Key Responsibilities
- Attend all scheduled customer appointments and conduct professional sales meetings to promote the Company’s HiHi phone system.
- Prepare for appointments through effective company and customer research.
- Deliver high-quality product demonstrations and secure sales during each meeting.
- Achieve a minimum of ten installable sales per month.
- Provide customers with accurate quotations during or immediately after appointments.
- Proactively generate new business and follow up on leads during office days and between appointments.
- Complete all sales administration accurately and submit required documentation within 48 hours.
- Ensure full compliance with the installation process from point of sale.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Apply training and follow Company procedures to deliver consistent and effective sales presentations.

Key Requirements
- Previous Sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive, results-driven attitude.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a structured diary.
- Confidence in presenting and closing sales in face-to-face environments.
- Resilient with the ability to handle objections and rejection.
