The Role
We're looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team on a commission-only basis. You'll be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing deals for our marketing and digital services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced salesperson who wants to control their own earnings with no ceiling on what you can achieve.

What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities across trades, B2B, and appointment-based sectors
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline from lead to close
- Conducting discovery calls and presentations to showcase OcuInternational's services
- Negotiating and closing retainer-based agency contracts
- Working closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth client handover
- Maintaining accurate records of leads, activity, and deals in our CRM
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within marketing, media, or a related service industry
- A confident communicator who can build trust quickly with business owners and decision-makers
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time and pipeline
- Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable with a commission-only structure
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Understanding of digital marketing services is a bonus, not essential — full product training provided
