We combine smart technology with real human expertise to provide clear, practical guidance across people management, health and safety, compliance and cyber and data security. Over the last 24 months, we've experienced exceptional growth, expanding into global markets through the acquisition of several leading business services groups. This momentum continues as we grow both in the UK and internationally.
As the world of B2B Marketing and Sales evolves in a post-COVID world, this role continues our expansion in the direct selling of WorkNest services to segments of our target market that do not require field sales engagement.
Building on the foundations of proven success through 2023, we believe there is significant opportunity to scale our success through this sales channel, and the role holder is fundamental to this.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
