I’m working with a growing Microsoft Solutions Partner looking for an experienced SDR / BDR to help build and scale their outbound sales function.
This isn’t a traditional “follow the script and hit 100 calls a day” SDR role.
You’ll have genuine ownership over how outbound prospecting is done, working closely with senior sales leadership to identify target accounts, build pipeline and create opportunities across Microsoft Azure, Cloud and AI services.
The role:
- Around 60% focused on net-new outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Around 40% supporting Microsoft-generated opportunities and helping convert inbound demand
- Work directly with senior Solution Directors rather than being part of a large SDR floor
- Help shape the outbound process, CRM structure, and sales playbook as the business grows

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This could be a great move for someone who has already proven themselves as an SDR but wants more autonomy, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to help build a sales function rather than simply inherit one.
