Role Description
The Sales Executive role is a full-time remote position focused on driving revenue growth and strengthening client relationships for La Credenza’s portfolio of artisan products. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Prospecting and qualifying new leads
- Conducting in-person client meetings
- Presenting product ranges tailored to customer needs
- Developing a new sales pipeline
- Preparing quotations
- Negotiating commercial terms within defined guidelines
- Closing deals while maintaining accurate CRM records
The role also involves:
- Collaborating with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Monitoring market trends
- Providing feedback to support product development and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales development, account management, and lead generation, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Competence in negotiation, pricing discussions, and closing techniques, with sound commercial judgment and attention to margin and revenue targets.
- Experience using CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and basic office software to manage pipelines, forecast sales, and document customer interactions.
- Knowledge of or strong interest in gastronomy, artisan food products, or the broader hospitality and foodservice sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain product benefits clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within foodservice, FMCG, or related industries; experience with premium or specialty products is an advantage.
