B2B Sales Executive

Fordingbridge | £30,000–£32,000 Basic + OTE up to £50,000 | Uncapped Commission | Full-Time

Are you an experienced B2B Sales Executive who knows how to build relationships, spot opportunities and turn conversations into sales?

TeamJobs is recruiting for a B2B Sales Executive to join a well-established technology business based in Fordingbridge.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business with an established customer base and a healthy flow of warm enquiries and sales leads. You'll take ownership of these opportunities, understand what the customer needs and confidently progress them through to close.

Alongside warm leads, you'll also be responsible for proactive business development, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys winning new business, developing relationships and being rewarded for their results.

The Role

As a B2B Sales Executive, you'll manage opportunities from initial contact through to closing the sale.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to warm enquiries and converting them into sales
  • Following up leads, quotations and existing opportunities
  • Making outbound calls and generating new business
  • Building relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
  • Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions
  • Handling objections and negotiating effectively
  • Managing your sales pipeline and progressing opportunities through to close
  • Developing existing customer relationships
  • Identifying upselling and additional revenue opportunities
  • Working towards individual sales and revenue targets

Who Are We Looking For?

You'll ideally have at least 2 years' B2B sales experience and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of developing opportunities and converting them into business.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Confident, personable and commercially minded
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
  • Skilled at building rapport and asking the right questions
  • Proactive and persistent with excellent follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working with both warm and cold leads
  • Target-driven and motivated by commission
  • Confident handling objections, negotiating and closing
  • Organised and able to effectively manage a sales pipeline
  • Motivated by winning new business and achieving results

Experience within IT, technology, telecoms, managed services or a similar B2B environment would be advantageous but isn't essential.
