By clicking Apply, you'll be taken to the Via website to complete your application. This doesn't guarantee you'll be matched to this specific role - Via reviews every application (AI first, then a human checks the fit) and shortlists the right candidates. Your profile also stays active for other relevant roles on the platform, and stays anonymous until you match. It takes just a few minutes.

About Via
Via is an exciting AI-powered recruitment platform that delivers pre-qualified candidate shortlists in 24 hours. We work with FTSE 100/250 employers including Taylor Wimpey, Crest Nicholson, Bonhams, and Corinthian Sports to fill white-collar roles faster and at a fraction of the cost of traditional agencies.
Our matching algorithms are trained by working recruiters - not generic AI – and we have over 110,000 registered candidates on the platform already.
The role
We’re hiring Sales Executives to scale Via’s UK enterprise sales motion. You’ll be the engine of our growth - opening new accounts through outbound cold calling, converting prospects through high-quality in-person meetings, and managing the relationships that turn first deals into long-term subscriptions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
