Role Description

The Sales Executive role is a flexible remote commission-only position responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Gordon Corporation’s customer base. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Identifying and qualifying new leads
  • Conducting virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

The Sales Executive will maintain ongoing communication with existing customers, prepare proposals and quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure accurate documentation in the CRM system. This role also involves:

  • Contributing to sales forecasts

The Sales Executive is expected to work independently, meet sales targets, and provide timely feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in consultative selling, lead generation, and pipeline management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, virtual meeting tools, and standard office software to manage accounts and sales activities.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with diverse customers and stakeholders.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize, follow through on commitments, and work autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales metrics, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales (industry experience preferred but not required) and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales experience.
  • Commitment to ethical sales practices, inclusivity, and delivering a positive customer experience.
