Sales Executive

B2B Sales Prospecting to Close
Eastbourne (Hybrid) 3 days office based and 2 from home
Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (£68,000 OTE), paid monthly

Our client is a worldwide B2B company with a growing UK hub in Eastbourne, home to a well-known, exciting product in its space. They're looking for an experienced Account Executive to join the team on a full-cycle sale basis. Calling companies where there are opportunities and taking them all the way through to a closed deal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect for new business through outbound calling, email and LinkedIn
  • Qualify and progress opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Build and manage relationships with decision-makers at smaller B2B accounts
  • With a consultative approach highlight the key benefits to the company and close deals independently
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline and activity

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in a B2B Sales Executive role with a track record of both prospecting and closing, comfortable owning the whole process
  • Experience in reaching high daily call targets to drive sales
  • Experience working in a high-activity, high-call-volume environment
  • Background in insurance, compliance, or similarly regulated sales sectors is ideal
  • Resilient, organised and driven by targets and reward
