Sales Executive | Midlands | £35,000 + Uncapped Commission

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced B2B Sales Executive to take ownership of a brand-new market across the health, wellness, fitness, leisure, hospitality and education sectors.

This is a genuine new-business opportunity, with no existing customer base in the sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the market from the ground up — identifying opportunities, opening doors, developing relationships and winning new business.

The Role

  • Build and develop a completely new customer base across a range of sectors
  • Own the full new-business sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Identify and open new commercial opportunities independently
  • Develop a strong pipeline and build long-term customer relationships
  • Conduct face-to-face product demonstrations and customer meetings
  • Develop and execute a clear strategy for entering and growing within the market
  • Cover a national territory, with regular UK travel
  • Work autonomously while having the support of an established commercial team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
