Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Greater London with a hybrid working arrangement, allowing some work from home alongside on-site presence in the showroom. The Sales Executive will welcome and engage customers, present luxury watches and jewelry, and provide tailored product advice to guide purchasing decisions.

Daily Responsibilities

- Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing
- Handling inquiries in person and via phone or email
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Merchandising displays
- Monitoring stock levels
- Supporting promotional activities and events
The Sales Executive will collaborate with colleagues to meet individual and team sales targets while delivering a consistently high standard of service that reflects LKB Jewellers’ brand values.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills suited to a luxury retail environment.
- Sales, negotiation, and upselling abilities, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets ethically and professionally.
- Interest in and ability to develop product knowledge in luxury watches and fine jewelry, including key brands, materials, and features.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with professional presentation and confidence in face-to-face client interactions.
- Basic IT proficiency and comfort using POS systems, CRM tools, and email for day-to-day sales and follow-up activities.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customers, enquiries, and tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing sales, ideally within luxury goods or jewelry, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater London on a regular schedule, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and key trading periods as required.
