Sales Executive – New Homes
Berkshire
Monday to Friday
I’m currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a leading housing organisation within their Development team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced property sales professional to take responsibility for a portfolio of new-build developments across Shared Ownership and Market Sale.
The role will involve managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering agreed sales targets and providing a high level of customer service throughout the buyer journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing sales across an allocated portfolio of new-build developments
- Achieving sales targets and maximising lead conversion
- Conducting viewings and progressing buyers through to completion
- Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, lenders, developers and other stakeholders
- Processing buyer applications and ensuring eligibility and AML requirements are met
- Working closely with development teams to ensure customers receive accurate and up-to-date information
- Attending development and project meetings

The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience within property sales, particularly new-build developments
- Knowledge of Shared Ownership and other affordable home ownership schemes
- A good understanding of mortgages and conveyancing
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A full driving licence and the ability to travel between developments
