Salary circa £30,000 per annum plus potential sales bonus of up to £7,500 per annum and great benefits including Health cash plan

Home, a place where you belong

Guiding customers through one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make, you’ll be supporting them from their first conversation with us through to collecting the keys to their new home. By providing clear advice, managing viewings, progressing sales and keeping customers engaged throughout, you’ll help create a smooth and positive experience while delivering great sales results across our developments. Initially, you’ll be selling our new homes in Latchingdon offering a variety on house styles, with further developments in the pipeline, you'll have lots to keep you busy.

What You’ll Do

  • Providing outstanding customer service sales assistance, building strong relationships with potential customers and being our expert on our developments, house types and features.
  • Carrying out viewings, securing reservations and progress sales. You will be with our customers every step of the way, working hard on their behalf to help their dream home become a reality.
  • You’ll help us to ensure quality standards are always adhered to, including checks on unsold houses and customer completion demonstrations.
  • Selling all houses on our developments ahead of planned timescales with customers recommending us to family and friends.

You have

  • Previous experience of selling homes or working within a relevant estate agency/sales environment, achieving sales targets.
  • Experience of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction through developing great relationships.
  • You’ll be a great influencer, get where our customers are in their lives and have creative spark.
  • We’ll need you to travel between our sites across the East of England, so you’ll need a driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

The practical bits

  • You'll be required to work 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (Tuesday to Saturday).
  • Initially based at our new sales and marketing suite in Latchingdon.
  • You must be able to use technology for updating records on our various systems including CRM, keeping our customers updated, completing online learning and collaborating with colleagues.
