Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Wrexham. The Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales process for residential properties, including welcoming prospective buyers, conducting show home and site viewings, and presenting the unique features and benefits of SG Estates developments. The role involves responding to enquiries, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and providing regular updates on sales progress. The Sales Executive will support buyers through reservation, contract, and completion stages, liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to facilitate a smooth process. Additional responsibilities include contributing to local marketing activities, gathering market and competitor insights, and ensuring the sales office and show homes reflect the company’s high standards of presentation and customer service.

Qualifications

- Experience in residential property or new homes sales, with strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, including handling enquiries, conducting viewings, and guiding buyers through the purchasing process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
- Good organizational and administrative skills, including accurate record-keeping, use of sales or CRM systems, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the local property market, basic understanding of the home-buying process, and comfort liaising with solicitors and mortgage advisors.
- Ability to work on-site, including weekends and peak sales periods, with a professional, presentable, and client-focused approach.
- Previous experience in housebuilding, construction, or real estate is an advantage; a relevant qualification in sales, business, or property is beneficial.
