Sales Executive – Contact Centre
Manchester (Salford Quays M50 3SP)
£26,550 basic salary + £500 paid on passing probation.
OTE - £33,100 with top performers earning over £35K
Permanent Contract - Full Time 37.5 Hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Hybrid home and office working options available once signed off - This is not a full time remote working position.

What you'll be doing
As an Sales Executive, working out of our state-of-the-art Salford Quays offices, you'll take calls from people who are thinking of joining Bupa, and help them to choose the best healthcare cover for them.
That means you'll be the ears and voice of Bupa, a font of all knowledge, and a proud advocate too. As well as talking about our products, you'll explain the benefits of good health and wellbeing, and you'll have the confidence to upsell.
After two years in our Customer Service Centre, you can move into other areas of our business, if you have a willingness to learn and grow.
How you'll help us make health happen:
- Take calls from potential customers, guiding them through our products and helping them find the right level of healthcare cover for them.
- Deliver amazing customer service, making sure each caller has a great experience whether it's the first or last call of the day.
- Switch seamlessly between different systems to find and give customers the information they need as quickly as possible.
- Maintain high professional standards at all times and abide by all regulatory requirements.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
A successful Sales Executive will need:
- Sales experience in a target driven, customer focused role.
- Great listening and communication skills with the ability to respond with empathy.
- The ability to think on your feet and bounce back if you don't get a sale.
- Strong enough IT skills to move quickly between systems.
- A passion for hitting targets and earning commission.
