About Parallel Office and Document Solutions

Parallel Office and Document Solutions Ltd is a provider of managed print services and document solutions. Our core values revolve around putting the customer at the forefront of our priorities. We do not want to just be a service provider for our clients - we want to be long term business partners.

Role Description

The primary role of a Sales Consultant is to:

  • Sit meetings which have been booked by Telesales colleagues, and to self-generate meetings to ensure a full diary.

  • Manage existing accounts that are allocated to you.

  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of the company and its products, services, and processes.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales objectives.

  • Populate and maintain our CRM system Pipedrive:

    • For new contacts or opportunities:

      • Add companies and contacts details.
      • Provide a background of the environment and kit in situ along with the details of the current contract and any pain points outlined by the company with their current arrangements.
      • Follow up accordingly to create meetings for the sales team to attend.
    • For meetings which you sit:

      • Update notes onto Pipedrive to enable a clear understanding of the scope of any opportunity.
      • Ensure follow-up actions are clearly documented, scheduled, and allocated to the appropriate person.
      • Track opportunities along the pipeline through to a conclusion.
      • Write and present proposal documents to clients, having created them utilizing calc sheets and other tools to support proposed deals, and review those documents with Senior Management prior to sending proposals to prospective clients.
      • Complete relevant contract and Sales Order Processing documents to enable deals to be processed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
