The Role
As Sales Executive for our Major Accounts Team this role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and efficient process from client consultation to order placement, contributing significantly to the overall success of the department.
What will I be doing
- Own pre-quote (invite) to order process - ensuring excellent levels of service for customers via driver interactions.
- Promote Fleet Alliance’s product range, ensuring all commercial opportunities are identified and implemented.
- Key role in achieving departmental financial targets and volume objectives.
- Own renewal process for clients – including all driver interactions this involves - identifying, inviting, quoting, placing order.
- Client Consultation - Engage in comprehensive discussions with clients to identify and understand specific requirements when placing orders – including Management of conversions when included as part of an order.
- Manage and maximise all order renewal opportunities.
- Monitoring client terms for renewals as well as comparison exercises to ensure best discounts possible are in place.
- Monitor Major Accounts Client Grade lists and coordinating relevant updates with internal teams.
- Support the Team in providing a coherent & integrated customer service solution together with the Fleet Support and Sales Support Administrative Teams.
- Produce quotes from various online quoting systems.
- Liaise with the supplying dealer to obtain availability and confirm the OTR price.
- Entering new orders on to our online procurement system before passing to sales support.
- Monitoring and progressing issue files and working to resolve quickly and efficiently.
- Liaison with internal teams to maximise income for Fleet Alliance and efficiencies in processes between teams.
- Project involvement for all client implementing new or improved services via Fleet Alliance with the support and liaison of the CRMS and operations.
- Involvement in key tasks during implementation / onboarding new clients – including the pricing of tenders.
- Market Insights and Support - Stay informed about changes in the vehicle market and provide support to the sales staff by sharing relevant insights.

What will I need to succeed
- Successful experience in a Sales Role working towards sales targets.
- Established record of outbound calling and maintaining customer relationships.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload, using a variety of computer systems.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients.
- Methodical and have attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing own workload and varying demands.
- Computer literate. (Sound knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients/written and verbal.
- Experience of the car leasing/B2B leasing industry is desirable.
