Hyde London City is a bohemian hideaway set within a historic building near St Paul’s Cathedral in the heart of the city. Spanning seven floors, the hotel will feature 111 thoughtfully designed guestrooms that blend character, comfort, and contemporary style. Guests will enjoy a modern Turkish restaurant offering generous lokanta-style hospitality and vibrant social dining. An intimate underground cocktail bar, inspired by Hyde’s origins on the LA club scene, will celebrate a deep love of music and curated nightlife experiences. Hyde London City aims to create an energetic, welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members alike.
Role Description
The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Hyde London City in the City of London. This position is responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue across rooms, F&B, and events. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Prospecting and qualifying leads
- Conducting sales calls and site inspections

The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with revenue management, marketing, and operations teams to create packages, support campaigns, and ensure a seamless guest experience from initial enquiry to post-stay follow-up. The role also involves:
- Attending industry events
- Hosting client entertainment as appropriate
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in hotel, hospitality, or lifestyle brand sales, with the ability to prospect, negotiate, and close business.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills, with a customer-focused approach and professional communication style.
- Comfort using CRM and sales systems, plus solid skills in Microsoft Office or similar tools for reporting and proposals.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, understand rate and inventory strategies, and identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Proactive, self-motivated working style, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Previous experience in the London hospitality market or lifestyle hotels is highly desirable.
- Relevant education or training in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience is valued.
