Are you an ambitious sales professional looking for a role where you can build your career?

Our client is a Safety Advisory business looking for Sales Executives to join their growing team.

This is a home-based role for someone with previous sales or customer-facing commercial experience who enjoys building relationships, generating opportunities, and wants to develop their career within a more technical, consultative environment.

The Role Introduce specialist services to businesses and identify needs. Working with a mixture of inbound enquiries, existing clients, marketing leads, and your own proactive prospecting.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting new and existing businesses by phone and digital channels
  • Developing new sales opportunities
  • Following up enquiries and previous opportunities
  • Identifying additional opportunities with existing clients
  • Managing your own sales pipeline
  • Closing smaller opportunities and progressing larger ones with senior colleagues
  • Keeping customer and sales information up to date
  • Building strong, long-term customer relationships

About You

You'll ideally have 2+ years' sales experience, with the ability to:

  • Confidently speak with customers and build relationships
  • Generate new business and follow up opportunities
  • Manage multiple sales opportunities
  • Work towards targets and results
  • Pick up the phone and have commercial conversations
  • Learn and understand a technical service

Experience selling technical, professional, or business services would be advantageous, particularly within engineering, testing, inspection, compliance, health & safety, environmental, laboratory, training, or other specialist service industries.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, generally 9.00am–5.30pm.

The role is home-based, with occasional travel to clients and to the company's Hampshire head office for meetings and induction.
