Role Description

The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Kingdom. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and promoting the company’s engineering and manufacturing services, including laser cutting, fabrication, and finishing processes.

  • Preparing quotations and proposals
  • Following up on leads
  • Negotiating pricing and contract terms
  • Collaborating with the production and design teams to ensure accurate technical specifications, realistic delivery timelines, and high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Contribute to sales strategies and market development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, metal fabrication, or industrial services.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information related to laser cutting, fabrication, and finishing processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation and proposal writing abilities.
  • Competence in using CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office) to manage leads, opportunities, and sales reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
  • Demonstrated customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Relevant experience in a sales or business development role; a qualification in business, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Comfort working on-site in a manufacturing environment and collaborating with production and operations teams.
