Sales Executive | Cybix AI
£60,000 base | £120,000 OTE | Uncapped (current top performer earning £180k+)

At Cybix, we build agentic AI that does real work inside real businesses. Our clients in media, logistics, financial services and the public sector have released over 117,000 hours, cut workloads by 40% and seen 92% adoption across their teams. We call our approach Considered Intelligence: no hype, just AI that earns its place.
We're growing our sales team and hiring a territory salesperson. We want someone genuinely good.
What you'll do
- Open new accounts by selling our discovery phase, around four new clients a month.
- Turn those discoveries into builds and ongoing retainers, which is where the real earning potential sits.
- Build your own pipeline through calls, LinkedIn, face-to-face meetings and industry events.
- Work closely with our delivery team, so what you sell is what clients get.

What you'll bring
- A track record of selling services, consultancy or B2B software to senior decision makers.
- Proof you've hit or beaten target, and pipeline you built yourself.
- Experience growing accounts from a first deal into long-term work.
- The confidence to hold a boardroom and the discipline to work the phone.
- Curiosity about AI and the ability to talk about it without overpromising.
What you'll get
- £60k base with uncapped commission on both new clients and follow-on work.
- A realistic £120k OTE with no ceiling. Our current salesperson earns £180k–£240k a year on the same plan.

Our process
Three stages: a first conversation with our Global Head of Transformation, a presentation on how you'd sell Cybix in your territory, and a final meeting with our founders. We'll be upfront with you at every stage and move quickly.
