The Opportunity
Want to build your sales career in a business that's working on some genuinely important environmental challenges?
This is a brilliant early-career opportunity to join a growing nature and sustainability business backed by one of the UK's most recognised scientific institutions.
We're looking for a Sales Executive to work closely with the Business Development Director, helping build a high-quality pipeline of potential customers across the built and natural environment.
This isn't a role where you'll simply be handed a list and told to make calls. You'll be researching target organisations, identifying the right decision-makers, building qualified opportunities and learning how a modern B2B sales operation works from the inside.
You'll also get exposure to CRM management, events, marketing, content and website activity, giving you a genuinely broad commercial skill set.
If you're around the start of your sales career, hungry to learn and want to work somewhere where the work actually has a wider purpose, this could be a great next step.
The Company
Our client is a growing nature-based solutions business helping organisations make better decisions around nature restoration, biodiversity and climate resilience.
Backed by decades of scientific expertise and a global network of specialists, they work with organisations across the built and natural environment to deliver credible, measurable nature-positive projects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
