Job Description
Are you an experienced Sales Executive looking to join a winning team and brand? We’re having an incredible year here at SL-Complete Limited and due to the success of our sales team, we have an opportunity for experienced Sales Executives to join us!
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers through the purchase of their IT Hardware, Software or any additional services to finance options and delivery.
- Building a rapport with clients to help identify their needs providing world-class customer service throughout.
- Prospecting new customers and communicating via face to face, phone, email, and video.
About The Role
We’re passionate about our customers and as a Sales Executive you’ll be assisting customers through the purchase of their IT Hardware, Software or any additional services to finance options and delivery. You will naturally be good at building a rapport with clients to help identify their needs providing world-class customer service throughout. You’ll also be prospecting new customers so you’ll have to be confident in communicating via face to face, phone, email, and video.

About You
If you’re a Sales Executive within the IT industry looking for a new challenge within a winning brand and a company that has fantastic progression opportunities, including an in-house training and development management team to support you in your career, this is an opportunity not to be missed! This is a full-time permanent position.
If you have any IT Accreditations that would be preferable, however, not essential. It would be an advantage to have a Full UK Driving Licence but not essential to be considered for this role.

Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales roles – whether that’s face to face or by phone
- Target driven with a proven track record of achieving results
- The ability to stay motivated in a competitive environment
- A passion for people and providing them with products and services
- The ability to read your customer and understand their needs
