Job Title: Sales Executive
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Battersea
Hours of work: Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours)
What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with businesses, selling our products and services to B2B customers based on client needs.
- Develop and nurture relationships with UK based SMEs to drive sales from initial contact to closing. You may be required to move between sales campaigns or sell additional products.
- Proactively identify and qualify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while adhering to established strategies, call KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Leverage CRM systems to effectively manage sales opportunities, track customer interactions, and maximise sales potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the sales support/operations team to ensure a seamless customer journey from sales to fulfilment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to effectively position products and services.
- Accurately track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and account information.
- Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve queries within industry/department lead timescale.
- Be vigilant for possible fraudulent activity and if necessary raise a security incident report using the template accessible via the corporate Intranet.
- Periodically review the company Security Policies - centrally hosted on the Intranet - to ensure full compliance with current legal, regulatory and company requirements.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and understand client needs.
- Negotiation/objection handling skills.
- Highly motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Hardworking with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical products in a simple, effective manner.
- Self-confident with the ability to overcome objections.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude at all times.
- Goal oriented.
