Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Birmingham. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and build long-term relationships with customers. Daily responsibilities include:

- Prospecting
- Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines
The role also involves:
- Maintaining an active sales pipeline
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborating with internal teams such as operations and customer service to ensure a positive client experience
The Sales Executive will be expected to:
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide regular reporting on performance
- Represent ISSA Industries at meetings, events, and industry functions as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within industrial or related sectors.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients at different organizational levels.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and work toward clear revenue and performance targets.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs, interpret market trends, and develop practical solutions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to providing an inclusive and respectful customer and workplace experience.

Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous; equivalent experience will also be considered.
