Sales Executive — Ride Nation, Egham (Honda main dealer)
£25,397 basic + uncapped commission | OTE £45,000–£55,000 | 5-day week, no Sundays
Over 100 customers come through our door every week. We're looking for one more Sales Executive who can hold a conversation, build a proper deal and ask for the business without flinching.
You'll own the customer from "just looking" to keys in hand — qualifying, test rides, part exchange, finance, accessories, handover. Full product and sales training, and a real route to Business Manager or Sales Manager for people who deliver.

What we're after:
- A track record of hitting sales targets — motorcycle or automotive retail ideally, but we'll talk to any strong closer from high-value, face-to-face sales
- A genuine interest in bikes. Our customers are enthusiasts and they can tell the difference
- Comfortable with finance products and the rules around them
- Organised enough to run your own diary and follow-ups without being chased
We're an FCA-regulated dealer, so finance conversations must be fully compliant. No formal finance qualification needed to apply — offers are subject to pre-employment checks.

Working Conditions
- 40 hours across 5 days, Mon–Sat rota, day off in the week
- Egham, on site — 15 minutes from the M25
- Pension, holiday plus bank holidays, staff discounts on bikes, parts, accessories and servicing
