As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to showcase and sell our premium medical scrubs directly to clinics and healthcare practices across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the healthcare industry, and will be responsible for driving our sales efforts, expanding our customer base, and building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Product Demonstration: Visit clinics, hospitals, and healthcare practices to present our range of medical scrubs. Provide detailed product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, emphasizing the quality, comfort, and durability of our products.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare facilities, understanding their needs and ensuring our products meet their expectations.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Travel: Travel across various cities within the UK to meet with potential and existing clients. Manage your schedule effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Report on sales progress and market trends to the sales manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry or a related field. Experience selling to healthcare professionals is a strong advantage.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to present products confidently and persuasively.
  • Driving License: Valid UK driving license is required.
  • Transportation: Must have access to your own car for travel across different cities in the UK.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed to meet with clients.
