Sales people keep the world going round as we know it. Making sure the ordinary people know what they are missing out on and making sure they have the right solutions in the world of 2026. The true heroes.

But finding the right company, role and career can be tricky…

So how does coming into a hugely established engineering & manufacturing business sound that are growing, expanding and have a global presence with genuine long-term opportunities sound?

On that basis, we are looking at bringing in a Sales Engineer to add to our existing team in a newly created role to continue our growth. We have an outstanding reputation in our sector across the UK & world, it’s just keeping up with our customer needs where we need to keep focusing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We’re open to sales background here, but someone who wants to use this as a stepping stone in to bigger things in our company as we continue to grow and rule the world (well, in our sector anyway).

The person:

We’re open here – this is all about the “right person” for the here and now but in the future as we see this person moving in to senior & managerial positions. So that has to be the aim for you, a company who an offer that and give you every tool you need.

Whilst we are an engineering business, we don’t need someone who knows that world – we can teach you all that. So if you have a sharp sales background, lets have a chat and we can run through how this all works.

The role:

As alluded to, we’re super busy. We’ve expanded on our site, we’ve grown our workforce across the board and that shows no signs of slowing down. With that, we need our sales people to make sure our clients (existing & new) know what we are about and how we can improve their business.

We have a range of different products & solutions which are found in a range of different sectors. We have a team of engineers who go around the UK installing & maintain our equipment. But we need people like you to make sure the client gets the right solution.

What next:

Sound like an opportunity that appeals? Simply hit apply and we can run through in more detail. Look forward to hearing your story…
