Role Summary
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing new client accounts for our professional services. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently achieve sales targets in a foundational role for our growing firm. Your success is measured by consistently hitting monthly targets for new user sign-ups.
What You'll Do
- Actively manage the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing new accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales calls to convert qualified leads.
- Effectively leverage promotional offers and discount codes to overcome objections and secure deals.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using our CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for new subscriptions.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our SaaS product to potential users.
- Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Independently structure your day and prioritize activities to maximize sales outcomes.

Success Indicators
- Achieve or exceed monthly quota
- Maintain a high lead-to-close conversion rate based on provided leads.
- Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline through consistent outbound effort.
- Ensure 100% accuracy of sales activity and pipeline data within the CRM.
- Drive post-sale user activation to meet criteria for performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales closing role, specifically selling SaaS subscriptions or digital products.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a role serving SMBs or individual users.
- Demonstrated experience with outbound prospecting techniques and managing a sales pipeline.
- Comfort and success working in a performance-based, commission-heavy compensation structure.
- Proficiency with CRM software for pipeline management and activity tracking.
- Ability to independently manage your time and hit numeric targets in a remote setting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for engaging prospects and closing deals.

Nice to Have
- Experience with short sales cycles (e.g., less than 30 days).
- Familiarity with affiliate or referral-style incentive programs.
- Previous success in a high-velocity sales environment.
- Prior experience working in a fully remote, contract sales position.
Work Setup & Collaboration
This is a fully remote, contract position with flexible hours based on hitting performance targets. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your own schedule and sales activities. Collaboration is primarily asynchronous with marketing and leadership. Success in this role requires strong self-discipline and a focus on measurable daily and weekly results.
